IC Quay

IC Quay

Quay is the top 10 restaurant of Sydney. Perched above Sydney harbour Quay is a magnificent setting for the highest culinary endeavor with a true sense of occasion. Day or night the views from the Restaurant – the Sydney harbour bridge to the left and the Opera House to the right are spectacular.
Quay’s philosophy under Executive Chef Peter Gilmore is to deliver a dining experience with an emphasis on nature. The diversity and beauty of nature is his inspiration. Harmony of flavours and textures combine to create a sensual dining experience.

That signature snow egg in the thumbnail is one of the most iconic dishes in Australian fine dining

Smoked Blackmore wagyu, horseradish juice, soured cream, milk skin

The dish and mentioned that the best part of the dish is how the wagyu almost literally melts in your mouth     along with all the other ingredients to create a little taste sensation.

                                                                             Quay’s Eight texture chocolate cake
The dessert isEight texture chocolate cake, this dish is made with eight different kinds of chocolate placed on top of each other and presented by the waiter drizzling chocolate sauce into the center and letting the cake collapse in on itself to create a circular shape.

Overall Quay there as a legendary restaurant, the food is top notch and couldn’t fault the service. If you come to Sydney, please try it!
